1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Admind, Inc. ("Admind," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business at 111 Hawn Hike, Irvine, California 92620, collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at luxorai.io and the products and services offered by our two practices: Admind Advertising and our Video Workflows products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Contact us through the email addresses listed on this site;
  • Register for, configure, or use any of the Services;
  • Submit creative assets, briefs, product descriptions, or campaign materials;
  • Complete commercial onboarding, including identity, business, payment, and tax information required for compliance with U.S. and applicable state laws;
  • Communicate with us in the course of a business relationship.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you access the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and language preferences;
  • Usage data — pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and feature interactions;
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including business partners, advertising and channel partners, identity-verification providers, payment processors, and publicly available sources, where doing so is consistent with applicable law and the agreement under which we received it.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Generate, evaluate, and route advertising creative through the channel partners we work with;
  • Operate, support, and improve our video workflow products;
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and risk-management obligations, including U.S. federal law and applicable state law;
  • Communicate with you about the Services, including operational notices and responses to inquiries;
  • Conduct analytics and research to improve compliance review, model performance, and product quality, in a manner that does not single out individuals beyond what is necessary for the relevant purpose;
  • Defend or assert legal rights and respond to lawful requests.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf — including hosting, analytics, model inference, identity verification, payment processing, and customer communication — under written agreements that restrict their use of information to providing those services;
  • Channel and advertising partners. When you submit campaign materials, we share the necessary materials and metadata with the publisher, network, or advertising platform you elect to use, in order to fulfill your request;
  • Legal and safety. When we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; or is necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Admind, our users, or the public;
  • Business transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections;
  • With your consent. Otherwise as you direct or authorize.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. Categories include:

  • Strictly necessary — required for site functionality, security, and authentication;
  • Performance / analytics — to understand how the Services are used in aggregate, so we can improve them;
  • Preferences — to remember your settings.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this corporate site. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; some Services may not function properly without them.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and use, and may be longer where required to defend or assert legal claims.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@luxorai.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), provides you with additional rights regarding personal information. The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them are described above in Sections 2 and 3. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed;
  • Request deletion or correction of personal information;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Be free from retaliation for exercising your rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request under CCPA, contact contact@luxorai.io with the subject line "California Privacy Request." You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact contact@luxorai.io and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
